Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Dominates 100 Meter Final at the 2022 World Championship

The track queen of Jamaica, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, has reclaimed her throne as she continues to break records and challenge the rules of sporting gravity even at the prime age of 35.
On Monday, 18th July 2022, Fraser-Pryce won a star-studded race that included the two-time Olympic 100-meter winner, Elaine Thompson-Herah, finishing in 10.67 seconds, a world championship record.
She tells HuffPost post "So many people believe that when women turn 35, it somehow diminishes our gift, our talent, but Iām still able to line up and compete, and that is very special.ā
This victory by Fraser-Pryce adds to her collection of 100-meter world championships she has won in 2009, 20213, 2015 & 2019. She also won the Olympics in 2008 and 2012.
